How long does a 25,000 puff vape actually last?

For most people, two weeks to over a month. A rated puff count is measured by a machine taking short puffs of about one second each, so 25,000 is the ceiling under lab conditions, not a promise. Treat it as a fuel gauge: the deeper and longer your average draw, the further below the rating you land.

The math is simple enough to do at the counter. A heavy vaper pulling 300 puffs a day would run a true 25,000 puffs in about 12 weeks; realistic draws of two to three seconds cut the effective count roughly in half or more, which is how most people end up in the three-to-six-week range. Lighter use stretches it past two months.

What actually ends a big disposable is usually the liquid, not the battery. Devices in this class carry roughly 18 to 30 mL of e-liquid and recharge over USB-C precisely because one battery charge cannot burn through that much liquid. When the flavor thins out and the vapor drops with a full charge, the tank is spent.

One honest caveat: puff counters and screens on newer devices track puffs taken, not puffs remaining against real usage. Two people can buy the same device on the same day and finish it five weeks apart, and both devices worked as designed.
