It is a USB 510 charger, so it threads onto the standard batteries in this case. Bring the battery in and we will thread it on at the counter before you pay.
What is the AA pack for?
It is a Panasonic four-pack at $2.99, stocked for the battery-powered odds and ends people are already carrying. It is a counter grab, not a shelf you shop.
Do I need ID?
Yes: 21 and over with a valid ID at all four counters, and delivery orders get the second check.
