Frequently asked questions
How do I know 14mm is my size?
It is the house standard and the overwhelming default on our wall; if your piece came from us, it is almost certainly 14mm. Bring the old bowl if in doubt and the counter will confirm by eye.
What are the spiked and martini shapes for?
Grip and capacity respectively; the spikes keep hot glass handleable and the martini shape holds a deeper pack. Function first, looks a close second.
Do I need ID?
Yes: 21 and over with a valid ID at the counter, and the driver re-checks on delivery orders.
