Both are the classic unflavored Dutch; the Deluxe runs the fuller format of the two. At a dollar apart, the honest method is one of each.
How do these differ from the premium case?
Machine-made consistency at machine-made prices. The hand-rolled case starts several dollars up; these are the everyday cigar, not the occasion cigar.
Do I need ID?
Yes: 21 and over with a valid ID at the counter, and delivery orders get the second check at the door.
