What separates the three?
Size and material. TOP is a 1¼ cone, the standard length. Endo is a hemp cone and the only flavored one here, Haze Grape. Vibes is king size, so it is the longest of the three and the most expensive at $2.49.
Cone or paper?
A cone costs more per smoke and removes the part where the first one tears. If you roll well and roll often, papers win on price. If you are rolling occasionally, spend the dollar.
Can I still use a tip in a cone?
Cones vary on whether a tip is already in the end. Ask the counter to check the pack you are holding before you buy a tip to go with it.
